JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – During nan Tuesday nighttime meeting, nan Jacksonville City Council passed a measure that would prohibition nutrient trucks from operating astatine state stations.
Ordinance 2025-0159, introduced by Councilman Joe Carlucci, prohibits nutrient trucks from preparing and/or trading nutrient aliases beverages astatine state stations.
The measure passed pinch a 12 to 7 vote.
“The extremity is really rather simple: Prevent highly combustible nutrient trucks astatine a highly combustible state station,” Carlucci told nan Jacksonville Planning Commission astatine its March 20 meeting.
